Lead Manager

Setter Role (Review) ● The lead manager oversees all incoming and active direct seller leads. Their main objective is to speak to all new leads as quickly as possible and ensure the Acquisition Manager is set up as best as possible to make offers and convert. ● “Project manager” for leads, everything surrounding that opportunity is happening properly. Auditing the pipeline. Think: Sales operations ● Their job is to sell the next step (the offer/appointment) ● Great setters make the best closers and create a smooth transaction. ● Setters can take the time to understand the customer's needs and preferences before introducing them to the closer, making for a better seller experience. ● Keeps the Closer out of the CRM as much as possible ● Setters are the “Support” role for the seller. Requires strong empathy and rapport skills ● Closers are the “Specialist” role…something a Setter would never pretend to be. ● Setters require detail skills. Specific Responsibilities: ● Preps appointments for Acquisitions Manager– this includes scheduling appointments, creating appointment packets, doing preliminary analysis. ● Continual dialogue with Acquisition Manager on all working leads ● Assist AM while they are in the field to keep CRM updated, get updates on leads, provide assistance where needed ● Follow up call to seller on the same day or the day after every appointment ● “Non-hot” follow ups. AMs can deal with the hots. ● Ensure that the pipeline in the CRM is up to date KPIs ● Number of calls answered ● Number of appointments set ● Lead to appointment ratio - how good they are at setting appointments. ● Call response time - how diligent are they ● Number of cold/warm follow-ups - how thorough and organized are they ● Number of referrals to agents - how much do they care about monetizing leads Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,000.00 per month People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Ability to commute/relocate: Ridgeland, MS 39157: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Customer service (Required) Work Location: In person
