This is our website: https://www.memo.live/Job SummaryThe Administrative & Social Media Coordinator will split their responsibilities equally between administrative operations (50%) and social media / content coordination (50%). This dual role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Operations (50%)Office & Facilities ManagementServe as the main point of contact for property management on facility-related matters.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment, including shared spaces such as lobby, kitchen, and meeting rooms.Schedule and oversee regular cleaning services; handle minor repairs or arrange professional maintenance when needed.Office Supplies & Asset ManagementMonitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies; handle procurement and vendor coordination.Manage and track company assets (e.g., electronics, livestream equipment, costumes), including procurement, assignment, and transfers.Organize and maintain company clothing/costumes; coordinate laundry and storage.Mailroom & Administrative TasksReceive, send, and sign for packages and deliveries.Manage the company inbox, including sorting, forwarding, and archiving important emails.Maintain operational records in Excel, such as SIM card lists, inventory logs, and other admin databases.HR Administrative SupportAssist with onboarding, preparing new hire documents, and maintaining employee files.Support attendance and leave tracking in coordination with the HR team.Social Media & Content Coordination (50%)Xiaohongshu (RED NOTE) Content OperationsPlan, draft, and publish engaging posts to promote company events, livestream activities, and brand campaigns.Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure brand tone and style are met.Research & Trend AnalysisMonitor Red Note platform trends, features, and promotional opportunities.Research industry benchmarks, competitor activities, and trending hashtags to optimize reach and engagement.Influencer & Creator OutreachIdentify and connect with potential KOLs/influencers for brand collaborations.Build and maintain relationships with creators to explore partnership opportunities.Reporting & DocumentationCompile regular reports on post performance, engagement rates, and follower growth.Summarize platform updates and campaign results into clear, actionable insights for the team.QualificationsBilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written) is required.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with proven attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Previous experience in office administration and/or social media content operations preferred.Strong research and writing skills in both Chinese and English.Creative mindset with the ability to adapt content to platform-specific audiences.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per week
