Title Processor/Closer Opportunity We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Title Processor/Closer opportunity with a well-established Title Company in Sanford, FL. The Title Closer is responsible for below specific duties. Your specific duties will include: Handle a file from Sales Contract through Closing. Enter the order, clear title, order surveys, and payoffs. Communicate with all parties involved to gather info and documentation. Work with Lenders to satisfy conditions and balance closing statements. Prepare the Closing Disclosure/HUD. Required qualifications for the position include: 2–3 years of relevant experience in title closing. High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications for the position include: Experience with Closers Choice software. Pay Rate Range: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
