Site Manager - Digital Conversion & Records Operations ?? Downtown Orlando, FL ?? $60,000 annually ?? Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ?? Full Benefits Package Available Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Site Manager to oversee daily operations within a high-volume digital conversion and records archiving facility in Downtown Orlando. This role is responsible for managing production workflows, ensuring strict quality control standards, and leading a team of scanning and document processing specialists. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment where accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency are critical. This individual will play a key role in building and supporting a new operational site. Core Responsibilities Operations & Production Management Oversee end-to-end document conversion including intake, preparation, scanning, indexing, and quality assurance Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules to ensure client deadlines are met Monitor high-volume scanning equipment and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed Ensure workflow efficiency and minimize operational downtime Quality Control & Security Compliance Conduct quality audits to ensure scanned images meet standards for accuracy, readability, and indexing Enforce strict confidentiality and data security protocols Maintain compliance with regulatory standards (including HIPAA, GDPR, and chain-of-custody requirements) Ensure secure handling of sensitive records throughout the production process Team Leadership & Client Support Supervise, train, and support scanning and production team members Track performance metrics, productivity, and quality standards Foster a collaborative, high-efficiency team environment Serve as the on-site point of contact for client communication, updates, and issue resolution Key Qualifications 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience in document scanning, imaging, records management, or production environments preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Experience with document management systems (SharePoint, Laserfiche, or similar) preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdf The pay transparency policy is available here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdf For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
