Overview As a Senior Technical Program Manager at OpenAI, you lead cross-functional security, privacy, and compliance initiatives at the intersection of infrastructure, product, and policy. You drive critical security programs that reduce data access, prevent misuse, and ship capabilities across OpenAI’s systems. You collaborate with engineering, legal, privacy, and security teams to scale trust and governance while delivering high-quality outcomes.
