Come join us as we redefine the beauty ideal.As the VP, People Operations, you will report to the Chief People Officer and be responsible for developing, deploying, and managing the operations and service delivery of Human Resources functional areas including HR Business Support for Clinical and all Field Operations, HR Tech Systems, Onboarding and Offboarding, People Relations, Compliance, Handbook Policies, Record Retention and People Data Management.You will be detail focused and precise when it comes to data, driven by process improvement, a relationship builder and thrive on creativity and thought sharing that leads to a more humanized team member experience.Working collaboratively across the People Leadership team, candidates for this position should be solution-oriented, analytical, innovative, collaborative, and be able to engage with colleagues across levels, locations, and disciplines. Partner horizontally and vertically to ensure that the team member experience is optimized, consistent, and best in class. The role must effectively work in a complex environment, bringing an energy and enthusiasm to the function, founded in sound strategy.ResponsibilitiesTalent Development & SystemsCoach, engage and develop People Team Operations members which include internal employees and external partners.Establish and implement team KPIs, objectives and metrics.Player-Coach style; displaying authentic leadership and team approach that builds relationships and motivates high-performing teams.Lead with integrity and an inclusive mindset.tBuild and maintain team SOP’s, documentation of People Team practices, and management of internal material on platforms such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.Ensure that the People Operations team is trained to answer questions and escalate complex or specialized questions, as needed.Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members and establish accountability for exceptional performance.Process Alignment & OptimizationAlign systems and processes to create and deliver a best-in-class team member experience:Manage People Operations workflows, documentation, data, and tools.Lead review of all people processes to identify opportunities to better meet the needs of business, drive efficiency and improve the associate experience.Experience managing benefits administration, including health and welfare programs, and leave of absence administration.Experience maintaining HRIS systems, people data analytics, and reporting, preferably through UKG.Strong analytical skills with the ability to take direct ownership of interpreting data and using data to influence decision making. Ability to recommend data-backed best in class HR solutions.Ability to work at all levels - strategic, operational, and tactical.How You Will SucceedConduct process mapping to develop and deploy transactional HR processes; continuously seek ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness and recommend improvements.Ensure responsive HR service delivery and issue resolution for team members.Enhance data reporting capabilities and partner with People Leadership Team to produce monthly and quarterly HR metrics. Deliver proactive analysis and consultation on human capital trends such as turnover analysis and retention studies to identify improvement opportunity areas and establish action plans to address.Ensure data integrity by accurate and compliant employee record maintenance across HR systems capturing all status changes and perform regular audit procedures.Partner with the CPO on annual benefit plan renewals and design.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of regulatory and legislative imperatives and impacts to a Total Rewards program (ERISA, Section 125, HIPAA, FLSA, etc.)Partner with Legal to update and maintain the Team Member Handbook to ensure accuracy and compliance.Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations with resolutions aligned with company policies and best practices.Ability to listen and use critical thinking to assess needs and communicate accurate information concerning processes, plans and procedures in a collaborative, team-focused manner.Exhibit the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in the handling of sensitive information.Ability to deliver results, providing day-to-day hands-on support in a dynamic environment.Facilitate cross-functional planning for annual performance reviews, compensation, talent and other cycles.Manage foundational HR operational compliance delivery, including but not limited to, collection and maintenance of I-9s, annual compliance training, updates to site employment law posters and filing of EEO-1 reports.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.10+ years of progressive HR Operations or HR Business Partner experienceExperience with UKGDemonstrated technical and analytical skillsStrong project management and prioritization skillsHighly innovative with knowledge of contemporary practices to advance efficiency and effectivenessExecutive presence and influencing skillsDemonstrated technical and analytic competencyStrong project management and prioritization skills that enable effective management of multiple projects and competing deadlinesExperience overseeing HRIS system and workflows to ensure data accuracy, effective and compliant recordkeeping, accurate and timely pay and benefits, operational efficiency, and HR compliance with regulations and policiesIdeal Image is an equal opportunity employer.
