Eclipse Advantage is looking for a Field Recruiter to join our team in the growth of its supply chain people solutions business. The Field Recruiter position will actively engage the local community and find applicants for a large opening of General Labor, Warehouse and Forklift positions at our multiple client locations. Project Role for 90 days, with potential to go longer40 hour per week Hybrid position with flexible hours. But will require being onsite for a few hours in the evenings a few days a week. Primary Responsibilities:Full cycle recruiting, managing job ads, making recruiting callsGrassroots networking efforts in the local community will be the primary source of candidatesLocal area RecruitmentPost flyers in identified areas of local market/ regionAttend local community-based events and engagement activities often on the weekendChurch Services, Local Fairs, Holiday Events/ Celebrations, ESL Classes Establish list of candidate prospects with continued out-reach via phoneMeet / Exceed placement goals established by Regional Operations Manager and compensation plan guidelines (i.e. minimum weekly placements 8-10 employees)Enter prospective candidates in Applicant Tracking System through external linkCommunity DevelopmentResponsible for identifying key areas within a given market/ region that will assist in establishing entry into communities / community involvementEstablish, develop and maintain key relationships within identified market/ regionAs member of community, responsible for continual outreach and development of new leads and contact listCustomer ServiceInitial contact with potential candidatesContinued engagement and support with candidates post-employmentEncourage retention of candidates during their employmentDevelop and maintain relationship with onsite management teamsAttend scheduled recruitment meetings identified by Regional or Site ManagerAvailability to assist with employee new hire orientations at client siteAssist both candidate and onsite management with key identifiers specific to cultural differences/ opportunitiesBrand our company as an employer of choice through the creation of employment ads, social media engagement, and hiring eventsCarry out all assigned duties and responsibilities, including additional tasks as needed to help achieve the overall goals of the departmentPosition Requirements Bilingual in Spanish Required1 plus years of recruiting/ staffing experience preferredBasic level technical skills such as use of smart phone / computerBasic data entry skillsAbility to maintain confidential information in a discrete and professional mannerStrong customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work well as part of a teamReliable transportationFlexibility with schedule, potential overtime, as determined by managerAbility to spend time on client production floorEmployment contingent to successful completion of: criminal background, drug screening and pre-hire assessmentSince 2003, Eclipse IA, a people logistics supply chain company, has helped clients – from Fortune 50’s to small start-ups – improve their supply chain performance by increasing productivity, reducing labor costs, minimizing safety risks, and improving quality.Our team of employees are a critical part of our nation’s supply chain and logistics industry – assisting to move goods – from groceries to retail to ecommerce – and its’ thanks, in part, to our team, that the supply chain in North America is thriving.Eclipse IA has corporate offices in Cherry Hill, NJ and Melbourne, FL.
