Responsibilities:Development and implementation of infrastructureBuild large scale software systemUnderlying infra/arch upgradePerformance tuning, online incidents troubleshooting, and system refactoringWrite high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using engineering best practicesGuide junior engineers’ daily work and do knowledge share, etc.Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalentindustry experience10+ years of software development experience, preferably in backend ordistributed systemProficient in core java, and familiar with spring frameworkProficient in MySQL, and familiar with at least one NoSQL DBProficient in distributed system design, and familiar with at least one messagingmiddleware and the underlying design principlesCapable to cope with stress, and quickly learn new knowledgeGood cross-team communication skills
