*Job Title: Engagement Lead/ Program Manager * *Location : Remote – USA* *Duration : 6 Months* *Must have P&C insurance domain and Data Experience.* *Job Summary* *We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise data initiatives with a focus on Enterprise Data Architecture and Data Modelling. The ideal candidate will have strong program management experience, a solid understanding of enterprise data architecture, and domain expertise in the insurance industry.* *Key Responsibilities* * Lead and manage enterprise data and transformation programs from planning through execution. * Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery. * Drive initiatives related to enterprise data architecture, data modeling, and governance. * Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. * Ensure alignment of data initiatives with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. *Required Skills* * Strong experience in Program Management with large-scale enterprise initiatives. * Good understanding of Enterprise Data Architecture and Data Modeling concepts. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. * Experience managing cross-functional teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
