Field Operator IIIThe Field Operator III is responsible for safely and efficiently operating upstream production facilities and wells in accordance with established operating procedures, safety guidelines, and daily operational plans. This position supports continuous production while minimizing equipment failure and ensuring environmental, health, and safety compliance across field operations.ResponsibilitiesOperate wells and production equipment in compliance with operating and safety procedures to meet daily operational targetsProvide basic facts on well performance, production rates, and well conditionsContinuously monitor wells and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operationsIdentify, report, and implement corrective and optimization actions based on surveillance dataEnsure thorough well diagnostics prior to requesting Well Work interventionMaintain wellhead and surface equipment in proper working condition before turnover to Well Work teamsAssist and support ongoing Well Work operations as required.Qualifications3+ years of Lease Operating ExperienceProcess operations experience in non-refinery environmentsUpstream oil & gas production experience from the wellheadExperience in one or more of the following areas: Production Facilities, Midstream Operations, Tank Batteries, Compressor Stations, & Onshore Field OperationsExperience working in or familiarity with: West TX, New Mexico, Bakken ND, or Oklahoma operations.Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, and fit for duty and agility.
