Grant Coordinator IThe Grant Coordinator I is responsible for supporting grant administration activities including application processing, budget tracking, compliance monitoring, reporting, and financial record maintenance. This role works closely with program staff to ensure grant requirements are met and funding processes are accurately managed throughout the grant lifecycle. This is an ENTRY LEVEL opportunity.QualificationsKnowledge of grant administration, proposal writing, contract and grant preparation, budgeting, and basic accounting principlesStrong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detailAbility to gather, compile, classify, and maintain information accuratelyProficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applicationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to interpret guidelines, policies, and financial information related to grants and funding sourcesAbility to calculate and work with percentages, decimals, budgets, and financial dataMinimum RequirementsMinimum of 9 months of experience or coursework in grant preparation, proposal writing, or contract and grant administration preferredMinimum of 3 months of accounting experience or coursework preferredEquivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
