Landscaper - Groundskeeper (River Landing)

Full Time Landscaper River Landing at Sandy Ridge is a continuing care retirement community and golf course located in the heart of North Carolina’s Triad Region. Job Duties: Repairs and maintains grounds and equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications, using hand and power tools. Maintains access by removing debris from all building entrances. Cuts and trims grass as directed. Prunes trees and shrubs as directed. Maintains landscaped areas as designed. Replaces damaged or dead plants as directed Helps install new equipment and machinery. Performs routine preventative maintenance checks on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis. May be on call as needed. Assist in other tasks as directed by supervisor. What's for You?
