Payroll Coordinator

Meador an Openwork Company is currently seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll Specialist to join a growing team in Pasadena, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate payroll processing. Key Responsibilities: Process weekly payroll for approximately 400 employees in Texas Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on time using ADP Workforce Now Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies Respond to employee payroll questions with professionalism and excellent customer service Assist with payroll reporting and administrative duties Work closely with internal departments to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance Qualifications: Previous high-volume payroll processing experience required Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required Bilingual in English and Spanish required Experience with Sage and Pacific Crew Time is preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Location: Pasadena, TX 77504 Pay: $24.00–$26.00/hour (DOE) schedule: Monday–Friday If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please contact Yvonne Aguilar at 281-542-7348 to schedule an interview! #OPWDP
