And yes, when you travel, your plans are probably in a very well organized spreadsheet.The Event Producer plays a critical role in bringing events and brand experiences to life from planning through on site execution. If that sounds like your kind of environment, you will fit right in.About the RoleWe are looking for an Event Producer who is passionate about bringing creative ideas to life through exceptional live and experiential experiences. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution. You will lead the planning and production of branded events, activations, and experiences from concept through on site delivery, ensuring every detail aligns with the client vision and brand goals.This role includes some travel to support events and activations, including on site production, walk throughs, and live event execution.What You Will DoLead end to end production of events and experiential activations, from kickoff to post event wrapTranslate creative concepts and client objectives into detailed production plans and timelinesManage budgets, track costs, and ensure projects stay on scope and on budgetSource, negotiate, and manage vendors including venues, fabricators, AV, catering, talent, and staffingCreate and maintain production schedules, run of show documents, and onsite plansOversee logistics such as permits, insurance, shipping, load in and load outAct as a primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and partners during productionTravel as needed to attend site visits, rehearsals, and live eventsLead onsite execution, troubleshooting in real time and ensuring a high level of quality and professionalismConduct post event recaps and evaluations, capturing learnings and opportunities for improvementDevelop new ideas to help grow accountsIdeal Candidate Qualities: You genuinely love events and experiential marketing and care deeply about how experiences make people feelYou are highly organized, detail oriented, and calm under pressureYou are a proactive problem solver who thinks ahead and adapts quickly when plans changeYou communicate clearly and confidently with clients, vendors, and internal teamsYou balance creativity with operational excellence and strong follow throughYou are collaborative, positive, and take ownership of your workProactive Problem Solver: You don’t wait for problems to arise; you anticipate them and take action to prevent them.
