Field Technician (IT / Printer Repair)Pay Rate: $21.00/hrWork ScheduleTraining Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.Post-Training Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (starting from home daily)Overtime: Not permitted during trainingOn-Call: Begins after completion of training and OEM certificationsLocation: Phoenix, AZ 85226 (Phoenix Metropolitan Area & surrounding areas)Role OverviewThis position is primarily field technician work , involving dispatch to customer sites to provide hands-on IT support. The technician will support multiple clients such as retailers and banks, handling break-fix and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) calls.Key ResponsibilitiesTravel to customer sites to deliver onsite IT supportPerform break-fix and IMAC servicesDiagnose and repair:Laser printers (Lexmark, HP, plotters, formatter printers)PCs, POS systems, and other hardwareBasic network and server-related issuesInstall, configure, and maintain IT equipmentProvide professional technical support to end usersAccurately document work in ticketing systemsEnsure timely resolution in line with SLAsTop Required SkillsHands-on hardware repair and break-fix experience (printers, PCs, POS systems, etc.)Familiarity with ticketing systemsQualifications & Experience2–5 years of relevant experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)Strong experience with printer repair, especially:Lexmark (preferred)HP, plotters, formatter printersExperience with Lexmark break-fix and equipment installations (strong plus)Familiarity with Dell and Lenovo hardware (desired)A+ certification (preferred, not required)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesRequirements:Drug and BackgroundMVRReliable transportationBenefits (employee contribution):Health insuranceHealth savings accountDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountsLife insuranceRetirement planAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
