What You’ll Do as the Senior Technical Accountant External Financial Reporting Prepare and own 10‑K and 10‑Q disclosures. Analyze financial data from multiple business units for accuracy and completeness. Partner with subsidiaries and corporate teams to validate supporting documentation. Internal Financial Reporting Prepare and analyze detailed quarterly internal reporting packages for the C‑suite. Conduct ad‑hoc research and analysis for strategic initiatives. Technical Accounting & Implementation Lead the development of disclosures and processes for complex technical accounting matters and emerging standards. Revenue & Accounts Receivable Reporting Consolidate and analyze monthly submissions across subsidiaries. Deliver insights to leadership by customer, contract type, and revenue categories. Earnings Per Share Analysis Prepare monthly share count and EPS reconciliations. Ensure all activity is accurately captured and properly reflected. What You Bring 7+ years Big 4 or top‑tier public accounting experience (OR) 5+ years top‑tier public + 2+ years public company experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred A detail‑oriented, analytical, puzzle‑solving mindset Strong technical accounting skill set and comfort in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
