The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in supporting this program by ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems and workflows. This person will also support the investment committee processes for the Real Estate business by providing technology and data quality support.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. The Senior Analyst will serve as a key point of contact for both the master data and investment committee processes, helping to enforce timelines, address questions, and drive system issues through to resolution. The role will partner closely with program leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams, and the data quality team to document business requirements, support testing, and investigate data challenges through targeted analysis and validation.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented, analytical professional to gain exposure to Brookfield’s global real estate platform and core business processes while contributing to a high-profile enterprise initiative.Responsibilities:Support data governance processes by coordinating timelines, reviewing materials, and validating reported information against underlying dataTranslate business needs into structured requirements for technology solutionsConduct detailed analysis in collaboration with India team to resolve complex master data and business process issues, including identifying root causes, proposing changes, and coordinating resolution across teams and systemsMaintain and enhance core data governance artifacts, including the official data definitions, field structures, and business requirements documentationConduct testing and validation of system enhancements, data updates, and reporting outputs (e.g., Power BI), identifying issues and recommending improvementsServe as subject matter expert on the technology that support the data governance and investment committee processes, responding to system and master data inquiries and supporting improvements to processes and outputsEssential Skills/Qualifications:Undergraduate degree2-5 years experience in business analysis, data, consulting, or a related field; exposure to the real estate industry is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to identify patterns and inconsistenciesExcellent organizational skills; capability to effectively manage priorities while meeting timelinesStrong problem-solving ability; able to break down real-world problems into structured solutionsStrong oral and written communication skills; ability to engage professionally and effectively with global stakeholdersHighly motivated, proactive, and eager to learnTeam-oriented with a commitment to collective successAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, decentralized, matrix organizationProficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams; ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processesPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with data systems and reporting tools (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI)Exposure to data governance, data quality, or process improvement initiativesExperience in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment (e.g., consulting, operations, startups)Interest in real estate, private equity, or asset managementSalary Range: $95,000 - $115,000Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive.
