Position: Entertainment InternDepartment: EntertainmentReports to: Entertainment ManagerStatus: Intern (Non- Exempt)Duration: June 2026 - May 2027Primary ResponsibilitiesAssisting in day-to-day functions of game day entertainment, cheerleader, mascot, drumline, and fan patrol programs.Working closely with Entertainment Manager on planning and execution of game day elementsAssisting with special events such as, but not limited to: Training Camp, Draft Party, Roadshows, FanFest, Tree Lighting, College football and Charlotte FC.Correspondence and coordination of entertainment groups involved with the game day experienceAssisting with mascot, cheerleader, and drumline's year-round events and programmingAssisting with community appearances as needed (which may include the operation of a company vehicle)Assisting with responses to fan inquiriesMaintaining department databases/equipment/storage facilitiesResearching new opportunities and input in the design of new marketing strategies for departmentOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMust have an interest in sports marketing, advertising, and/or fan appreciation programmingMust be proficient in Microsoft Office productsExperience working with Adobe Creative Suite productsMust be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Carolina Panthers and Stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidaysMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be able to operate company vehicles for transportation to and from local events and Panther appearancesMust pass pre-employment screensPreferred QualificationsExperience working in sportsEssential FunctionsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailWorks well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitudeMust be a team player, reliable, and dependableMust be adaptable while working in a fast-paced, high-demand, and sometimes strenuous environmentMust maintain complete confidentiality of privileged, and/or sensitive informationMust, at all times, display the character and values of the Tepper Sports & Entertainment brandMust be detail-oriented and able to multi-task while managing time successfullyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive self-starter with the ability to take and follow directionPhysical RequirementsStanding and walking for extended periods of timeSitting and working at desk on a computerLift at least 40 poundsWork EnvironmentThis job operates mostly in an office environment and outside in a stadium facility (at times which may include inclement weather conditions). Job may require local travel to events and appearances. This position typically works approximately 40 hours per week.
