Senior AI Developer

A leading technology innovator is seeking a Senior AI Developer to design and implement cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. This company is at the forefront of developing secure, scalable, and intelligent systems that drive enterprise success across various regulated industries.The Role Design and develop production-grade Agentic AI solutions using Python, LangGraph, and AgentCore. Build and manage AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and agent orchestration. Develop and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and clients. Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs. Implement secure coding practices and ensure AI solutions meet compliance standards like SOC 2 and HITRUST. Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain AI applications in production environments.What You'll Need 5+ years of professional Python development experience. 3+ years of hands-on LangGraph experience. 2+ years of experience developing and deploying AI Agents in production. 2+ years of experience with MCP servers and clients and AgentCore or similar orchestration frameworks. Strong understanding of Agentic AI, multi-agent architecture, secure coding, and application security. Experience with enterprise databases, APIs, data governance, and audit logging. Knowledge of SOC 2, HITRUST, CIS, and/or DISA STIG standards.
