Program Manager VI

Overview In this role you will lead the global sustainment and training efforts for MQ-9 products, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver and sustain fleets, training devices, and services for U.S. Government and international customers. You will shape policies, direct fielding and sustainment programs, and ensure alignment with corporate strategy and customer needs. The position focuses on scaling support across MQ-9A and MQ-9B, managing partnerships, and delivering timely, high-quality outcomes. This is a strategic, executive-facing role that drives program performance and customer satisfaction with a clear impact on mission readiness. Compensation / BenefitsRelocation assistance providedHybrid work environment ResponsibilitiesOversee MQ-9 global sustainment and training policies, procedures, and practices across logistics, training development, and publications.Lead development and deployment of MQ-9 training devices and solutions for multiple international and U.S. customers.Direct the Program Sustainment Services (PSS) Center and other shared-support functions for MQ-9A and MQ-9B, ensuring reliable deliverables.Provide leadership in recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining logistics/sustainment staff across matrixed organizations.Set vision and priorities for the MQ-9 sustainment and training portfolio and foster a high-performance, cross-border culture.Coordinate cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts, and balance resource demands.Develop and deliver executive-level proposals, requirements, and presentations; lead DCS and FMS proposals.Assess issues and drive decisions to meet productivity, quality, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction goals.Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies while promoting safety and confidentiality.Perform other duties as assigned. Key requirementsBachelor in Business Administration or related field with fifteen+ years in program management, including at least eleven years in senior leadership roles.Strong understanding of program/portfolio management, planning, scheduling, and budget management.Ability to initiate, plan, and manage complex projects and programs.Proven analytical, communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills; capable of independent executive leadership.Experience leading aircraft fleet sustainment/logistics projects and managing proposal efforts (FAR/DCMA experience desirable).Willingness to work extended hours and travel domestically and internationally.strong leadership and judgmentexcellent communication and presentationability to work跨 functionally and influence stakeholdersprogram managementlogistics/sustainmenttraining device development (flight simulators, trainers, VR)
