This position is well-suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and takes ownership of detailed, deadline-driven work with minimal oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess a high volume of accounts payable transactions, averaging 200+ invoices per month at the project levelManage, code, and reconcile 800+ monthly credit card transactions with timely and accurate postingPerform daily reconciliations to ensure transaction accuracy and completenessEnsure proper expense classification and alignment with projects and cost centersSupport accruals and assist with month-end close from a transactional and operational standpointMaintain a high level of organization and accuracy in a detail-intensive, high-throughput environmentIdentify opportunities to clean up, streamline, and improve existing accounts payable and expense workflowsApply working knowledge of Work in Progress (WIP) and cost accounting standards in daily processing
