The company is scaling rapidly toward $75–80M in annual revenue and is building the executive leadership team to support the next phase of growth. The brand is well-positioned, high-margin, and operating in one of the most exciting categories in consumer wellness.THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a high-impact Chief Marketing Officer to own and accelerate the company’s marketing engine from the top down. This is a builder role — the CMO will come in, assess existing brand strengths and gaps, and build a full-stack marketing function capable of driving aggressive direct-to-consumer growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will shape how our company is positioned, marketed, and experienced by customers across every channel.WHAT YOU'LL OWNDTC Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive direct-to-consumer marketing strategy across paid, organic, email, SMS, and affiliate channels.Affiliate & Influencer Programs: Build and scale an affiliate marketing program from the ground up, leveraging the company’s existing relationships and the broader wellness creator ecosystem.Brand Development: Define and elevate the our brand — positioning, voice, visual identity, and messaging — across all customer touchpoints.Customer Acquisition & Retention: Own the full funnel from awareness to conversion to LTV. Implement systems and strategies that improve CAC, repeat purchase rate, and subscription growth.Team Building: Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Establish agency and vendor relationships as needed to support execution.Analytics & Reporting: Build a data-driven marketing culture with clear KPIs, attribution modeling, and regular reporting to the executive team.Product Launch Support: Partner with operations and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.WHO YOU AREYou are a proven marketing leader with a track record of driving measurable growth at a DTC or e-commerce brand.You are a builder — you’ve built marketing functions from scratch or significantly rebuilt them, and you have the results to show for it.You have deep expertise in performance marketing (Meta, Google, YouTube) and understand how to scale paid efficiently alongside organic.You’ve built or managed affiliate and influencer programs — you know how to identify the right partners and structure deals that convert.You understand the nuances of marketing in a regulated or gray-market category and can operate with creativity within compliance constraints.You are data-obsessed and brand-savvy — equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and a creative brief.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
