Corporate & Finance - Junior Level

Seeking a junior level associate (2023 - 2024) to join our Corporate & Finance practice in our Boston, Chicago, Denver, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, DC offices. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions including conducting due diligence, drafting ancillary documents, and managing deal checklists. This position requires strong drafting and negotiating skills the ability to work with a team and to independently manage some components of deals.Our deal teams are structured within the Corporate & Finance practice group to allow associates to assume more responsibility and receive a high level of partner and client contact. Our collegial and collaborative group is comprised of team players who are supportive, flexible, and invested in helping associates craft a tailored career path.Applicants must currently be licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the state they are applying.
