Driver Responsibilities Safely operate company truck & trailer Pick up and deliver freight on time Complete pre-trip & post-trip inspections Maintain accurate HOS/ELD logs Properly secure loads using straps, chains, binders, tarps, etc. Maintain communication with dispatch Keep equipment clean and report maintenance issues Comply with FMCSA safety regulations (Parts 382–399) Submit BOLs, PODs, and load documents promptly Requirements To qualify for this position, you must have: Valid CDL-A (Required) Clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years) Valid DOT medical card Ability to pass a drug test Flatbed or hotshot experience (preferred) Strong communication skills Reliability and professionalism Work Schedule & Expectations 5–6 days a week on the road Home weekends (most weekends depending on routes) Loads vary: partials, machinery, equipment, building materials Must be comfortable securing freight outdoors in all weather Pay Structure 28% of gross load revenue Paid weekly Clean Inspection Bonus Safety Bonus Detention, layover, and TONU included in gross percentage Example Weekly Potential: $1,500–$2,200+ (depending on freight rates, region, and availability) Why Drive for Torch Mob?
