We're seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Locksmith Technician. This is not your average locksmith job—we’re looking for someone with strong sales skills, a go-getter mindset, and a passion for helping people. If you’re persuasive, personable, and eager to learn a trade, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer service calls in the field (e.g., home lockouts, lock changes, key replacements) Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate locksmith solutions Upsell additional services and security products to customers Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in stressful or urgent situations Use company tools and equipment safely and responsibly Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times Complete job documentation accurately using a mobile device or app What We’re Looking For: Sales experience required (retail, door-to-door, B2B, automotive, etc.) Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills Positive, can-do attitude with a customer-first approach Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Willingness to work flexible hours (including nights/weekends) Ability to pass background check and drug screening Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps We Provide: Comprehensive, paid locksmith training Company vehicle Tools, uniform, and company vehicle (after training period) Supportive team environment Real growth potential and advancement opportunities Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses Job stability in a high-demand industry Ideal Candidate: You’ve worked in sales roles (especially where upselling or customer service is involved) You’re comfortable working independently in the field You enjoy solving problems and working with your hands You want to build a career, not just take a job Must be able to work during the hours of 7am-10pm Weekends required Paid weekly Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $1,200.00 per week Benefits: Company car Flexible schedule On-the-job training Tools provided Application Question(s): What makes you feel you are a good fit for the position?
