DescriptionThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, processing, storing, and shipping inventory. This role ensures products are handled efficiently and accurately while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment. The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment to meet company standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently ensure accurate quantities and qualityInspect products for damage or discrepancies and report issues as needed follow company policy and procedureAccurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and timelyUse online platforms to fulfill all e-commerce ordersEnsure all warehouse processes and operations comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.Transfer product between warehouse and retail locations with high level of accuracyAssist with inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts for warehouse productsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all timesAssist with loading and unloading delivery vehiclesCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow and issues.Other tasks as assigned to support general warehouse operationsQualifications0-2 years of previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work as part of a team with a positive attitude and strong work ethicFamiliarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms (a plus, not required)Physical Demands / Work Environment / HoursThe physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
