Kovo RCM is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Regional Sales Representative to expand our presence within the healthcare industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is passionate about helping providers improve their financial performance through smarter revenue cycle management.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage a strong regional sales pipeline through self-generated leads, networking, referrals, and local outreachProspect and develop new business opportunities with healthcare providers, clinics, and medical organizationsConduct both in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, and consultationsPresent and sell Kovo RCM’s services, including medical billing, claims management, and credentialingOwn the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closeDevelop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholdersAssess client needs and recommend tailored RCM solutionsTrack pipeline, sales activities, and performance using CRM toolsMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsStay current on healthcare trends, payer changes, and competitive landscapeCollaborate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitionsQualificationsExperience in healthcare revenue cycle management strongly preferredBackground in selling healthcare services, medical billing, or related solutions preferredStrong communication, negotiation, and closing skillsAbility to travel locally for client meetings with reliable transportationProfessional, polished presence as a brand ambassadorSelf-motivated with strong time management and organizational skillsProficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google SuiteExisting healthcare industry relationships are a plusCompensation & BenefitsOn-Target Earnings: $95,000 – $150,000 (base + commission)Full benefits available after 60 daysCommission tied to recurring monthly revenue—rewarding long-term client retentionHigh earning potential as your book of business growsFlexibility and autonomy in managing your territory
