Program ManagerWe're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Lead the implementation and sustainment of a complex cybersecurity program within a healthcare facility.• Engage regularly with hospital leaders in IT, clinical, quality, security, and audit functions.• Provide guidance on cybersecurity issues related to medical devices and urgent threats.• Support internal and external cybersecurity audits and lead remediation efforts.• Oversee local cybersecurity training and awareness programs for staff and leadership.• Evaluate and develop cybersecurity competencies within the team.What You'll Need• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder cybersecurity programs, preferably in a healthcare environment.• Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards, healthcare compliance requirements, and risk management practices.• Excellent project and program management skills.• Familiarity with healthcare technologies, especially medical devices.• Effective communicator with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.What's On Offer• Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision Care, and Wellness Programs.• 401(k) Plan with Matching Contributions.• Paid Time Off and Company Holidays.• Career Growth Opportunities and Tuition Reimbursement.Apply via Haystack today!
