Role OverviewMake a difference. As a Director – Strategic Accounts, you will increase sales and profits by managing the Company's Strategic Account organization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop customer strategy for assigned strategic accountsCoordinate activities with Sales Director for assigned strategic accountsCoordinate activity with key suppliersDirect the development of proposals and presentationsDevelop key relationshipsIdentify opportunities at key accounts, and coordinate the Company's development of offering to meet the needManage Strategic Accounts staffWork Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, standard business hoursRemote candidates will be considered for exceptional qualificationsQualifications5 years progressively responsible sales and marketing/supervisory experience required; 6+ years experience preferred4 year degree preferredKnowledge of financial analysis methods and techniquesExperience with continuous improvement techniques and practicesExperience with SAP and ExcelOral, written, and presentation skillsOrganized and detail orientedLeadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise staff and achieve results through othersAbility to think strategically and negotiate effectivelyAbility to budget effectivelyExtensive travel requiredCompensationThe expected base salary for this position is starting at $150,000 annually depending on experience.
