Salary: $12.97 Hourly Location : Aiken, SC Job Type: Seasonal Department: Parks, Recreation, & Tourism Division: Recreation Opening Date: 12/22/2025 Closing Date: ContinuousDescriptionThe City of Aiken is accepting applications for seasonal Pool Attendants in our Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Department.Examples of Duties-Collecting gate receipts -Counting and depositing money after each shift -Enforcing facility rules as Pool Attendant and monitoring pool activity -Cleaning and maintaining facility as needed and providing good customer service This position requires being flexible throughout the week. Work dates include May 4 - September 6, with weekend availability.Minimum Qualifications-Applicants must be a minimum of 16 years of age -Must have transportation to and from work -Must have or be able to obtain a CPR/First Aid/AED certification (provide copies of current cards with application). Training and certification may be available at no cost to eligible applicants.
