ESS Registered Behavior Technician

Position Summary:We are looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our multidisciplinary team. The RBT will provide one-on-one behavioral support to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities within the school setting, working under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key Responsibilities: Work directly with students to improve behavior, communication, and social skills Collect and document data on student progress and behavior Collaborate with teachers, BCBA, and related service staff to support students' educational goals Participate in team meetings and training sessions Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards Qualifications: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed About ESSESS specializes in placing qualified K-12 personnel in daily, long-term, and permanent school district positions, including substitute teachers, aides, and other school support staff.
