Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets through effective coaching and performance management.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies focused on high-end automotive sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, and retail markets.
Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting and cold calling to closing deals, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers and business partners through excellent communication skills, negotiation expertise, and personalized service.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track sales activities, analyze data, and optimize outreach efforts.
Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, upselling techniques, inventory management, and market trends to enhance team capabilities.
Manage inventory control and dealership inventory levels to align with sales goals while maintaining profitability.
Engage in public speaking engagements and community events to promote brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on customer preferences and market demand to refine promotional strategies.
Maintain high standards of phone etiquette, customer service excellence, and organizational skills across all interactions.
Experience
Proven success in outside sales with a focus on high-end automotive or retail environments.
Extensive experience in B2B sales, negotiation, and deal closing within a dealership or similar setting.
Strong background in sales management with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively.
Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases.
Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math principles is essential.
Prior experience in automobile sales or dealership operations is preferred.
Excellent communication skills including public speaking, outbound calling, and customer support are required.
