Hotel Maintenance Technician

Job Description Position OverviewWe're seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our property running smoothly.This role is ideal for someone who is strong with electrical, HVAC, and general repairs and takes pride in fixing issues quickly and correctly.What You'll DoTroubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance issuesPerform routine inspections and preventative maintenanceRespond quickly to guest maintenance requestsRepair fixtures, appliances, doors, locks, and equipmentMaintain HVAC systems (filters, thermostats, basic servicing)Complete work orders and maintenance logsAssist with painting, carpentry, and general upkeepWhat We're Looking ForHands-on experience with electrical and HVAC systems (required)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksReliable and responsive with a strong work ethicPrevious hotel or facility maintenance experience preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 75 lbsComfortable standing, bending, and working in various conditionsScheduleFull-timeMust be available for weekends and holidays as needed
