In House Maintenance Technician, PM, Industrial Maintenance - Lakeland

DescriptionIn House Maintenance Technicians are experts with building systems and industrial equipment, as well as three phase AC/DC power circuits which are used to power the warehouses. The Technicians read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. They use this information to repair and adjust machines or devices, install new equipment, and perform plumbing, carpentry, welding and cutting. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check.
