Chiropractic Assistant

You will work closely with the doctors, patients, and other team members towards helping our patients have a positive healthcare experience in our practice. You work effectively with teammates and earn credibility quickly. You possess basic computer skills You have a friendly personality and radiate positive energy You are an effective communicator and enjoy helping others. DAILY PRODUCTION: Keep patient flow smooth Make patients feel important and happy with their experience Handle patients’ non-clinical questions Assist with examination, therapy and x-ray equipment Assist with note taking, data entry and all office clinical documentation Assist with promotions and marketing Monitor inventory/Order supplies Call patients and insurance companies Answer phone calls and schedule patients and more… Hours of Operation: Mon: 8:30am-7:00pm, Tues: CLOSED, Wed: 8:30am-7:00pm, Th: 9:30am-7:00pm, Fri: 7:30am-1:00pm (1-2 hour break on long days) ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Chiropractic care and nutritional services to achieve and maintain optimal health!
