This is a field-based role focused on recruiting, training, and managing onsite support specialists (OSS) while ensuring a high-quality customer experience across the assigned regionKey ResponsibilitiesSource, interview, hire, and onboard onsite support specialistsConduct training and reinforce operational standards and service expectationsCoordinate field coverage for customer launches and live operational shiftsEvaluate onsite staff performance and provide coaching and feedbackSupport market growth through restaurant visits, test orders, and local operational initiativesMaintain staffing readiness and ensure quality execution across all assigned shiftsRequired Qualifications2–5 years of experience in operations, field management, recruiting, training, or related rolesStrong ability to assess candidate quality and team performanceComfortable giving direct feedback and coaching in field environmentsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsWillingness to travel locally and work regularly in the fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience in marketplace operations, gig workforce management, or hospitalityExperience supporting launches or scaling operations in a new marketSuccess MetricsStrong customer experience and service quality across the assigned hubReliable pipeline of qualified onsite support specialistsFast ramp-up and strong performance of new hiresConsistent operational execution across all shiftsAbout Trident ConsultingTrident Consulting is an award-winning staffing and consulting firm headquartered in San Ramon, CA.
