Hooptie.io is designed for dealerships and acquisition specialists who prioritize speed, efficiency, and profitability when sourcing inventory.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join Hooptie.io. This role involves building relationships with independent dealerships, acquisition specialists, and automotive professionals while helping expand adoption of the Hooptie.io platform nationwide.The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, managing customer relationships, following up with trial users and inbound inquiries, and driving new customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, comfortable with outbound sales outreach, and interested in working within a fast-growing automotive technology startup environment. This is a fully remote, commission-based position.Qualifications• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships• Comfortable with outbound outreach, prospecting, and follow-up communication• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset• Automotive industry or dealership experience is a plus• Prior SaaS or software sales experience is preferred but not required• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms is a plus• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not requiredCompensation• 100% Commission-Based• Recurring commission opportunities available• Flexible remote work environment• Opportunity to grow within an early-stage automotive technology company
