As a Change Management Strategist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative learning strategies, develop organizational change management plans, and drive seamless integration of training into project milestones.Key Responsibilities:Refine and execute holistic adoption and communication strategies for digital transformation initiatives.Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful transformation and mitigate adoption risks.Design scalable training programs and communication strategies to facilitate process and technology adoption.Lead impact assessment and change readiness processes, including stakeholder mapping and readiness metrics.Coach stakeholders on change fundamentals and facilitate informative sessions.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in change management and digital transformation.Requirements:Change Management ProfessionalTM (CCMP) or Prosci Change Practitioner certification, or relevant work experience.Strong executive presence with excellent presentation and communication skills.Proficient in project management approaches and tools, with experience or certification such as PMP.Ability to analyze complex stakeholder needs and drive positive change.8 years of experience in embedding change for large, strategic, global initiatives.Preferences:Experience in the medical device industry or similar regulated industries.Basic understanding of software validation principles and GXP requirements.3 years of experience working in R&D, Quality & Regulatory, or Manufacturing.Minimum BS in STEM fields preferred.Ready to make a significant impact in a leading company?
