Provide detailed and thorough reports as they relate to compliance. Monitor and track completion of all required clearances. Maintain proper documentation for successful auditing and credentialing processes. QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's Degree, Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources or relevant field. 4-6 years work experience with Associate degree or 2 years with Bachelor’s degree with increasing HR responsibilities. Experience working in Human Resources department preferred. Hands on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS, ADP preferred. PC literacy and experience with Excel a must SPECIFIC DUTIES: Compile notices for employee evaluations, child abuse clearances, employee health appraisals, Federal Bureau of Investigation finger printing, driver licenses, licenses, and certificates monthly and distribute to appropriate supervisors through assigned system currently Remedy Force. Provide additional support for securing child abuse clearance, criminal history checks, transcripts, and any necessary credentialing documents for new hires and current staff. Complete overdue reports for Executive Council members for evaluations, child abuse clearances, employee health appraisals, Federal Bureau of Investigation finger printing, and driver licenses monthly and as requested using reports from ADP. Prepare a summary of Human Resources Actions for the Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors, Fiscal, and various members of the Human Resources Staff using ADP.
