About the RoleAs our Service BDC Agent you will join our team to perform these daily duties: *handle inbound service calls *schedule appointments *provide professional communication that sets the tone for our high standard of care. *You'll ensure "Business Development" is a key component of everything you do.-reach out to current and potential customers. We need to GROW! *Make outbound calls for appointment reminders *Maintenance follow-ups, and customer satisfaction. *Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to optimize workflow and accuracy. *Maintain accurate records using our CRM and scheduling tools. *Support our team in delivering a seamless and premium customer experience. *Reach out to customers to introduce them to Sheehan Buick GMC. You'll be a key player in growing our customer base. Ideal Candidate:Prior experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service role (automotive preferred). Strong phone communication and active listening skills. Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and scheduling platforms Organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a high-volume environment. A team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
