DescriptionThe Machine Operator keep each of their multiple machines running and ensuring components are within their specifications of quality and print.Oversee the production of machining parts per customer's specification and quality standardsOperate multiple Mazak/Swiss machinesCommunicate with supervisor and peers on jobsFill way oilComplete and submit stock sheet for job runningMop floors and clean areaClean out machinesMaintain the machines, oil, coolant, chip barrelsProgram, offset, and change toolsOther duties as assignedHours are Sunday-Thursday; 11pm-7:30amRequirementsMUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING 3rd SHIFT (11pm-7:30am)Good math aptitudeAble to read and understand blueprintsComprehend reading and using gagesMultitask, manage multiple machinesCritical thinkingAbility to effectively communicate with all levels within an organizationEDUCATION & EXPERIENCERegulatory Requirements: US Person Qualified and No Felony Conviction(s) - LifetimeHigh School Diploma0-1 year experience a production environment
