The company delivers full- service structural steel solutions , managing projects from preconstruction and detailing through fabrication and field erection. Their portfolio includes complex commercial, institutional, and industrial projects across the region.The organization is known for a collaborative culture where Project Managers work closely with experienced detailing, shop, and field teams, gaining strong ownership of projects and contributing to high- quality outcomes.Position SummaryThe Project Manager will oversee structural steel fabrication and erection projects from kickoff through completion. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing all phases of project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals are met. The ideal candidate will have experience with structural steel projects and thrive on technically challenging assignments .Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from preconstruction through erection , ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budgetCoordinate with engineering, detailing, and fabrication teams to ensure constructability and design complianceOversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for assigned projectsReview shop drawings, fabrication plans, and field work to maintain quality and accuracyManage subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure safe and efficient project executionIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent schedule or cost impactsMaintain clear communication with clients, internal teams, and stakeholdersSupport continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of teamwork and accountabilityQualifications5+ years of project management experience in structural steel fabrication and erectionProven ability to manage commercial, institutional, or industrial projectsExperience coordinating with detailing, fabrication, and field teamsStrong understanding of structural steel construction processes, codes, and standardsExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing prioritiesPMP or relevant project management certification is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and retirement plansOpportunity to work on large, technically complex projectsCollaborative team environment with experienced professionalsCareer growth potential within a growing structural steel organizationSend resume to mitchell.guerrieri@gogpac.com for more information
