ServiceNow GenAI / Now Assist ArchitectWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GenAI / Now Assist Architect to lead technical discovery and drive the design and delivery of AI-powered solutions across our ServiceNow practices, including ITSM, CSM, and HR.This role is centred on shaping and enabling enterprise-grade AI use cases, with a particular focus on AI Agents and Now Assist capabilities. You will work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, innovative solutions.Multiple consultants will be engaged across a range of industry verticals, offering the opportunity to contribute across different ServiceNow practices depending on your experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical discovery workshops to identify and define ServiceNow AI use casesDesign and architect GenAI and AI Agent solutions for enterprise environmentsDefine target architectures and document key design decisionsTranslate business requirements into user stories and technical backlog itemsProvide hands-on technical guidance to delivery teams during implementationCollaborate with functional and technical consultants across the programmeCommunicate complex architectural concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersRequirementsStrong experience in ServiceNow architecture or senior technical consulting rolesProven track record delivering AI Agents, Now Assist, or GenAI solutionsExpertise in at least one ServiceNow domain: ITSM, CSM, or HRExperience leading technical discovery and solution design activitiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
