The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of a small team, ensuring efficient office supply management, accurate record keeping, and responsive customer support. This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliation, and maintaining clear communication with vendors and team members. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks, and capable of supporting smooth administrative workflows within the office. Responsibilities * Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors * Maintain accurate records and handle account reconciliation * Provide customer support and coordinate team communication * Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processing * Prepare and deliver regular reports * Oversee calendar management for the office * Supervise a team of 1-5 employees Required Qualifications * Minimum 2 years experience in office administration * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks * Strong calendar management and organizational skills * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities * Self-starter with ability to work independently
