Consultant Psychiatrist – Child & Adolescent (Arabic Speaker)Location:Dubai, United Arab EmiratesA renowned hospital in Dubai is seeking a highly qualified Arabic-speaking Consultant Psychiatrist (Child & Adolescent) to join their expanding team.The successful candidate will provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children and adolescents, delivering culturally sensitive, patient-centered care aligned with American clinical standards and UAE healthcare regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical DutiesProvide expert psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and management of mental health disorders in children and adolescents.Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating pharmacological and psychotherapeutic interventions.Conduct risk assessments and manage crisis interventions.Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team (psychologists, pediatricians, social workers, speech therapists, etc.).Provide family counseling and psychoeducation.Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records.Professional & AdministrativeParticipate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental audits.Adhere to DHA/MOH regulatory standards and hospital policies.Supervise junior medical staff where applicable.Participate in on-call coverage as required.Contribute to community outreach, awareness programs, and hospital marketing initiatives.Required QualificationsMedical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.Completion of Residency in Psychiatry.Subspecialty Fellowship or Board Certification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.American Board Certification, Canadian Board Certification, UK CCT, Australian Fellowship, or equivalent Tier 1 qualification preferred.Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (or eligibility to obtain).Minimum 5–7 years' post-board experience as a Consultant in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.Language RequirementsFluent Arabic (mandatory) – ability to conduct consultations independently in Arabic.Fluent English (mandatory).PackageNegotiable
