ERP Program Manager
Job Title: ERP Program Manager (Workday – Finance)Location: Boston, MA preferred (open to remote)Duration: 6+ months Contract (potential for extension)Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead the delivery of Workday Finance initiatives within a complex, regulated environment. This individual will partner closely with Finance, IT, and executive stakeholders to drive program execution, ensure alignment across workstreams, and deliver scalable, high-quality system solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday Finance initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelinesManage program scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery across multiple workstreamsPartner with Finance leadership to translate business needs into system solutions and implementation strategiesOversee cross-functional coordination between Finance, IT, and third-party vendorsDrive program governance, including status reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive updatesIdentify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful delivery within a complex, regulated environmentSupport system design, configuration oversight, and integration planning across Finance modulesEnsure successful execution of testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activitiesMentor and guide project team members while fostering accountability and collaborationRequired Qualifications:8–12+ years of ERP program or project management experienceProven experience leading Workday Finance implementations (minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations)Strong understanding of Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Procure-to-Pay, Financial Reporting)Experience operating in complex, highly regulated environments (healthcare, financial services, etc.)Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programsStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsExperience managing risks, dependencies, and multi-stream program deliveryPreferred Qualifications:Experience in healthcare or similar enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with integrations, data migration, and reporting within WorkdayPMP or similar certificationWhat Success Looks Like:On-time, high-quality delivery of Workday Finance initiativesStrong alignment between Finance and IT stakeholdersImproved system performance and process efficiencyClear program governance and risk mitigation
