Job Title: RN - Progressive Critical Care Unit - Nights Facility Location: Albany, NY, United States Shifts: NIGHTS - 12HRS: 7PM-7:30AM Duration: 13 Weeks Job description: Charting System: EPIC experience REQUIRED Scrub Color: Navy blue scrubs required Clinical Requirements: Competent in caring for medical and surgical patients ACLS required Experience with advanced hemodynamics , including pressor titration per protocol Management of antihypertensive drips, sedatives, Narcan drips, and thrombo-embolytics Skilled in arterial lines (A-line), CVP monitoring, EVD care, and orthopedic traction Strong adherence to infection prevention protocols Respiratory support experience with HFNC, BiPAP/CPAP, and oxygen-dependent patients Preferred Background: Nurses with large-scale adult PCU experience or community hospital ICU experience are highly successful in this unit Patient Load: Average assignment of 3 high-acuity patients
