Position Title: Technical RecruiterLocation: Hybrid 2-3 days in Arlington, VAOther Considerations: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Required) POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and hiring technical talent. You will have 5+ years of proven recruitment expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle within the government contracting space. In this position you will partner with delivery teams, proposal managers, and hiring managers to fill critical roles efficiently. Come join a growing talent acquisition team!RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with hiring managers and executives to identify workforce needs, define role requirements, and create effective sourcing plansSource, screen, and evaluate candidates for culture, skill, and clearance requirements for both funded and proposal staffing needsSupport offer development, negotiation, and pre-employment processesNavigate government contracting hiring nuances including labor categories, salary constraints, and contractual staffing requirementsEnsure recruiting processes comply with government contracting regulations (OFCCP, EEO, security clearance requirements, etc.)Enhance visibility in the government contracting talent marketMaintain accurate and timely data within the ATS and provide recruiting metrics and statusBuild and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired roles such as Architects, Engineers, Developers, Analysts, and Project ManagersQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in government contractingFamiliarity with security clearance processes and hiring for cleared roles at the Public Trust levelDemonstrated success recruiting for highly technical rolesSolid understanding of labor categories, contract staffing models, and proposal recruitingAbility to manage multiple requisitions across fast-paced, dynamic programsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsProficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) ADP to manage recruiting workflowsStrong Candidate sourcing skills using tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, technical job boards, and professional networksFamiliar with OFCCP complianceWORKING CONDITIONSStandard Business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting.
