Exciting Ob/Gyn Opportunity in Manhattan, New York CityWe are seeking a dedicated Ob/Gyn physician to join our single-specialty private practice group in Manhattan. This practice consists of six Ob/Gyn physicians, two Nurse Practitioners, and one Physician Assistant, and is affiliated with a prestigious teaching hospital.LocationOur two offices and the affiliated teaching hospital are conveniently located in Manhattan, providing easy access to a vibrant urban environment.Practice OverviewThis well-established practice, founded 24 years ago, is experiencing growth and expansion. The team currently includes:Six Board Certified Ob/Gyn physiciansOne Physician AssistantTwo Nurse PractitionersOur physicians handle a significant volume of both Ob deliveries and Gyn surgeries, ensuring a balanced practice. The incoming physician can expect to perform a substantial number of Ob deliveries in their first year, along with various Gyn office procedures and surgeries. While experience with laparoscopic and robotic techniques is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Opportunities to learn the Da Vinci Robot are available for those interested.Call ScheduleThe call rotation for both weekdays and weekends is set at 1:7, allowing for a manageable work-life balance.Office EnvironmentThe new Ob/Gyn will operate from our two Manhattan locations, working at one office per day. One office is directly across from the hospital, while the other is approximately 15 minutes away.Hospital AffiliationOur Ob/Gyn physicians admit patients to a highly regarded teaching hospital featuring a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and advanced Da Vinci robotic surgical equipment. The hospital also employs Perinatologists and Neonatologists, enhancing the care we provide. Additionally, there are opportunities to teach Ob/Gyn residents and medical students if desired.Who Can ApplyWe welcome applications from Ob/Gyn residents completing their training in 2026, as well as experienced Ob/Gyn physicians.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive starting base salary ranging from $250,000 to $300,000, based on experience.
