Mortgage Loan Processor Assistant - Irving, TXAgility 360 is searching for passionate Mortgage Loan Processor Assistants for a 6-month contract position with our growing client. The ideal candidates will posses a excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. The Mortgage Loan Processor Assistant will support the Senior Loan Processor in obtaining 3rd party documentation for the loan file. Job Responsibilities:Order the appraisal of the property, if not already completed by Loan Officer or LO AssistantObtain borrower credit card informationPlacing orders for tax transcripts or condo documentation, following up if any order issues ariseUpload completed documentation and ensure they are completed for Loan Processor reviewOrder verbal and written verification of employment, ensuring proper employer contact informationUploading completed verbal and written verification and upload for LP reviewOrder updated Hazard and/or Flood insurance policies, review current Hazard Deceleration page, contact insurance company as neededEnsure proper verification of credit card charges for any 3rd party ordersTracking of payment detailsTracking of receipts for managementReview and ensure all documentation required is complete, accurate, verified, and complies with company policy and investor requirementsPerform any additional duties assigned by management as neededExperience:Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalentExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong customer service skills, ability to build rapport quicklyMust possess a strong understanding of technology/computer skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailMust be able to responsibly handle personal and private informationPrevious mortgage experience is a plus, but not requiredWorking knowledge of EncompassAbility to work in a high-volume environmentJob Details:6-month contract-to-hire role with a growing lenderSchedule: Remote (while construction is being done to their home office - then Hybrid)Location: Irving, TX 75039Pay range: Based on experienceEmployment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screening
